Did you know that one of every three Americans — and as many as 70 percent of college students — don’t get enough sleep? Adults require at least seven hours of health-promoting slumber every night, according to a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Learn from sleep experts and Arianna Huffington, publisher of the Huffington Post and author of the new book, "Sleep Revolution," at the UCLA Healthy Campus Initiative’s 2016 Celebration, Wednesday, Apr. 20, starting at 5 p.m. at Pauley Pavilion. Meet special guests like Metta World Peace, enjoy live music, food, sleep goodie bags and more.

Tickets are free and available at UCLA’s Central Ticket Office. Learn more in this UCLA Newsroom feature story.
