The Fowler Museum presents an opportunity for families to learn about different types of poetry on April 9 from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m., in collaboration with Westwind, UCLA’s student-run journal of the arts. You can create your own using the stories, shapes, and patterns, using a current exhibition, "African-Print Fashion Now!" as inspiration.
Family Jam is an interactive performance featuring musicians, artists and other performers from all over the world. Families can learn dance moves, songs and stories from a variety of cultures. This event is free and open to the public. There is no reservation required. You can find more information here.
