Pick up your free ticket by July 31 for this summer's All-Staff Picnic, taking place 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 11, on Dickson Plaza. The popular annual event, featuring a free picnic lunch, music and more, is jointly sponsored by UCLA Staff Assembly and the Office of Chancellor Gene Block.
Get your ticket — one per staff member with your BruinCard ID — at any of the following campus locations. Tickets will be distributed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. except at Covel Commons, where they'll be available 24 hours.

Due to the large number of staff anticipated to attend attending the event, you may only pick up your own lunch with your ticket at the picnic.
