On Tuesday, July 18, at 7:30 p.m., the Hammer Museum hosts a night of lady-led laughs organized by comedienne Aparna Nancherla.
Nacherla is a stand-up comedienne based in New York. She has appeared on “Inside Amy Schumer” and has written for “Late Night with Seth Meyers” and “Totally Biased” with W. Kamau Bell. Nancherla released her debut comedy album, “Just Putting It Out There,” in July 2016.
The Hammer’s first-ever female-only comedy extravaganza features special guests and a cash bar. All Hammer programs are free, and the event is not ticketed. For further information about the event, look here. This event is put on by the Hammer’s Bureau of Feminism in conjunction with Bitch Media.
