Staff and faculty who currently drive to campus can get a free quarterly Flash Pass for unlimited rides on the Santa Monica Big Blue Bus and Culver CityBus routes.
Through the end of October, UCLA Transportation is giving the passes away as part of Rideshare Month, which showcases the benefits of using alternative transportation options — public transit, carpooling, vanpooling, biking or walking — for your campus commute. If you decide to commit to an alternative commute, you become eligible to join the free Bruin Commuter Club, which offers parking discounts on days when you do have to drive to campus, as well as 12 free hours of ZipCar use each quarter and other benefits.
