UCLA senior managers and aspiring senior managers are invited to apply for the Chancellor’s Executive Education Fellowship to the UCLA Anderson Executive Program. This fellowship, made possible by the generous support of UCLA Anderson Dean Judy Olian, is intended to enhance the development of emerging leaders at UCLA.

The UCLA Anderson Executive Program is designed for leaders with management experience who have achieved, or have the potential to advance to, senior management positions at the university. Applicants who have attained a UCLA position at Management and Professional Staff (MSP) Grade 2 and above will be given priority consideration for the fellowship. A personal commitment to leadership development and building a career at UCLA, as well as the ability to invest the time to fully participate in the program are essential to participant success.

The Executive Program is offered twice a year, and one fellowship is offered for each session. The spring session runs Feb. 21-June 15, 2015. The fall session runs Sept. 19, 2015-Feb. 8, 2016. The deadline for applications for both sessions is Nov. 5, 2014.

A fellowship application is available here. Application materials should be forwarded to Julia Sanchez at juliasanchez@chr.ucla.edu.

The fellowship award winners will be announced in January, 2015. Those not selected for the award are encouraged to consider applying directly to the UCLA Anderson Executive Program, which offers a 30 percent discount for eligible UCLA managers and senior staff. Early application is recommended, since space is limited.
