On Tuesday, March 3, voters in Los Angeles City Council District 14 will decide who will represent their district on the city council. You are invited to attend one of two candidate forums sponsored by UCLA Government and Community Relations to hear from candidates as they share their vision and position on issues.
On Wednesday, Feb. 11, a downtown Los Angeles candidate forum will be held at the Los Angeles Theatre at 615 S. Broadway St. and moderated by Conan Nolan, chief political reporter and anchor of “News Conference” at NBC4 Southern California. On Thursday, Feb. 12, a northeast Los Angeles town hall and debate will be held at Luther Burbank Middle School auditorium at 6460 N. Figueroa St. The event will be moderated by Dunia Elvir, anchor of Noticiero Telemundo 52, and co-hosted with the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council.
