Scot Brown, an associate professor of history and African American studies, is a featured commentator in the documentary, “The Black Panthers: Vanguard of the Revolution,” which debuts on PBS on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 9 p.m.
Brown also serves as a music historian on an episode of “Unsung,” TV One’s music biography series, on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 5 p.m. PT. The episode tells the story of the great jazz and rhythm-and-blues virtuoso, Patrice Rushen.
