The Fowler Museum's KidsMUSE summer camp, "Dig It," invites children to explore nature, ecology, art and conservation. In two five-day, 9 a.m.-to-4 p.m.sessions -- July 21-25 for kids ages 6-8, and July 28-August 1 for ages 9-12 -- the camp will draw its inspiration from the Fowler exhibition “Earth Matters.” Campers will eat "mud" pie, play with clay, learn about plants and animals at UCLA’s Mildred Mathias Botanical Garden, visit the campus planetarium, go on scavenger hunts, create art from nature and experiment with movement and sound.
