UCLA administrative officers, deans and directors are invited to join Andrew Wissmiller, Associate Vice Chancellor, Information Technology Services (ITS), and selected speakers for a customer forum on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 9-10:30 a.m. at the Faculty Center California Room. Light refreshments will be served. Seating is limited and RSVP is required by Friday, Oct. 23.
Topics of discussion will include the scope of services and growth in campus IT partnerships, new cloud-based services for Web content management and platform support, unified communications implementation and the latest developments in the campus IT security program direction and planning.
Most of all, ITS wants to hear from you. Speakers will devote time to answer your questions about IT products and offerings, and how the organization can better understand your technology needs.
