Lars Müller, graphic designer and renowned publisher of books on architecture, design, photography, contemporary art and society, will deliver a UC Regents’ Lecture on Jan. 22 in the Boad Art Center.
Müller has taught at various universities in Switzerland and in Europe. Since 2009 he has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He frequently serves on academic and competition juries and is currently a member of the steering board of Design Preis Schweiz. From 2013 to 2015, Müller was the international president of the Alliance Graphique Internationale.
The UC Regents’ Professors and Lecturers Program permits the appointment of distinguished leaders from non-academic fields, like Müller, to enrich and expose the campus to a diverse range of professionals, artists and others.
