Which cloud computing service — Box, Google Apps for UCLA and Microsoft Office 365 — offered by UCLA's Information Technology Services should you use, and how do you use it?
Get answers at a Dec. 1 information session about the cloud services being provided to UCLA faculty and staff to enhance capabilities for collaboration, communication and mobility.
Service managers will discuss features, functionality comparisons and data use guidelines. Each of these cloud services has gone through an extensive evaluation period that addressed security, privacy and accessibility issues, and each has been approved by campus policy and computing groups.
