Fowler Out Loud kicks off its fall season with a night of pulse-pounding Japanese taiko drumming on Thursday, Oct. 8, 6 p.m. at the Fowler Museum.
The free event will feature the energetic rhythms and eye-catching choreography of three talented groups — Prota and UCLA ensembles Kyodo Taiko and Yukai Daiko — merging their distinctive styles.
The event is free and open to the public. Plan to arrive early to score a good seat.
