Pick up a ticket for your free picnic lunch at the 10th annual UCLA All-Staff Picnic, set for Thursday, Aug. 14, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Dickson Plaza. The picnic is jointly sponsored by UCLA Staff Assembly and the Chancellor's Office to express appreciation to staff members for their dedication to UCLA.
Present your BruinCard through Monday, Aug. 4, at any of the following locations between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to pick up your ticket (except Covel Commons, where tickets are available 24 hours):
- Central Ticket Office, James West Alumni Center
- Covel Commons, Front Desk
- Registrar's Office, 1113 Murphy Hall
- Reception Area, North Campus Student Center
- BruinCard Center, 123 Kerckhoff Hall
- Campus Human Resources, Suite 200, Wilshire Center Building
- Café Med, Medical Center
- Dining Commons, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center
- Santa Monica - UCLA Medical Center, Human Resources
