Mark your calendar for the UCLA All-Staff Picnic on Thursday, August 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Enjoy a tasty lunch with your campus colleagues and listen to or move to the music on Dickson Plaza.
An invitation to all staff members will be distributed by e-mail in the coming weeks. Complimentary tickets will be available at several campus locations, and details about ticket pickup will be included in the invitation.
Supervisors are encouraged to grant their employees sufficient release time in addition to their usual lunch period to attend the festivities.
The 13th annual event is jointly sponsored by the UCLA Staff Assembly and the Chancellor’s Office.
