UCLA managers are invited to sharpen their leadership skills, tuition-free, in three UCLA Anderson School of Management programs. Through Nov. 2, applications are being accepted for fellowships to UCLA Anderson’s Executive Program, Multidimensional Leader's Institute and UCLA Women's Leadership Institute. Funding these scholarships to support the development of emerging leaders at UCLA are Campus Human Resources, the Chancellor’s Office and UCLA Anderson Dean Judy Olian.
Two Chancellor's Fellowships cover the full $21,500 cost of the Executive Program, UCLA Anderson’s flagship certificate program in general management for mid- to senior-level executives. UCLA staff at management and professional staff grade 2 and above will be given priority for the fellowships. Participants attend weekly evening and weekend immersion sessions over the course of five months to develop skills in strategic and personal leadership, economics for optimal decisions, marketing strategy, leading teams and more. Two additional scholarships cover the $7,900 tuition for UCLA Anderson's Multidimensional Leaders’ Institute and the Women's Leadership Institute. These programs promote the professional development of women and leaders of color, managers with disabilities and LGBT leaders.
