Get in the holiday spirit with “Sounds of the Season,” presented by the UCLA choral program on Saturday, Dec. 13, 8 p.m., at Schoenberg Hall.
Under the baton of new choral conductor Lesley Leighton, the concert will feature music for women's, men's and mixed chorus from the Renaissance period through the 21st century, including a variety of faith traditions and secular favorites. Enjoy a soundscape of musical styles by a variety of composers and arrangers, including Holst, Biebl, Grancini, Grau, Victoria, Berlin, Willan, Jennings, Mganga, Finkelstein, Sjolund, Barnum, Ringwald and Hunter.
