“With geopolitical tensions and obviously war with an oil-producing country, oil prices are up … So, kind of a rule of thumb: For every ten percent increase in the price of gas, the cost of living goes up about one quarter of that,” said UCLA’s Lee Ohanian (approx. 0:55 mark).
