Mary Osako, UCLA vice chancellor for strategic communications, said:
“The union blocked lifesaving vaccines from being delivered to our hospital yesterday — vaccines that save the lives of families like yours and mine. The union also blocked several parking lots — UCLA students pay to park in those lots, to get to the classes they’ve also paid for. These are real lives and real students, not targets in a union playbook.”
