Alex Korb, a postdoctoral researcher at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA, has published the book, 'The Upward Spiral: Using Neuroscience to Reverse the Course of Depression, One Small Change at a Time.'

No increase in retirement contributions in 2015, UC officials say

Contributions to the UC Retirement Plan will not increase in July, as they have in the past few years. Because of reforms recommended by the Post-Employment Benefits Task Force and approved by the regents in 2010, employer and employee contributions now cover the annual cost of the plan.
